OMG Too funny Reminds me of the after party following or senior play in high school. I was in the “Honors” good girl group. And we did not chance any events that would jeopardize our scholarships. And I was younger than my peers only 17 when I graduated. So we drank Pepsi. No alcohol. Well after you dance in the woods act like you never been out before and drink many cans of pop. You gotta “P”. Only problem no bathrooms. And I could not squat and P. So I laid down flat and did what I had to do and watered the area. When I got home at 5:30 am. My mother was P****d. All that I said was I called you told you where we going. Who I was with and I would be home very very late. You said ok. Mom. I never did ANYTHING to disappoint you. My father stood up for me. That made her day. ( not). We did not bring up the subject again for weeks. When we did it was water over the damn. But my mom goes can I ask you one question. Of course I said yes. She goes when I was sorting the clothes to do the wash why were there leaves in your underwear???? Yup No outhouses. I just got the look. I am blessed my mother never brought up bad vibes once it was discussed. Once and done. I learned a valuable lesson from her. And talk about that volcano crater. I was there also on a girls trip after my undergraduate. I paid to be chartered up that volcano with bikes in tow. Above the clouds. Sunrise. I cried. It was beautiful. Then we got on our bikes and rode all the way down that winding hill to the half way mark. I rode the brakes non stop. Never peddling. So at the rest stop was a convenience store I had a Tab and of course had to “P” There was a sign on the wall behind the toilet. Mind you we were very high above sea level. “if it’s yellow let it mellow. If it’s brown flush it down”. It takes 15 min for water to fill the tank due to low pressure. I can only imagine what memories I will bring to light on this thread. Oh Lordi. Well at least it’s in my past and we move forward. Be safe.

We are spending the night in Cleveland. We heard that the Ohio Turnpike was closed eastbound at Mile marker 205 from yesterday’s storms. A tractor trailer was blown over and blocked all 3 lanes. Unconfirmed sources said it took around 8-10 hours to clear. Do not know if that was in the path of tornado or just HIGH winds. We get on the Turnpike at mile marker 205 so we were 2 miles east of closure. However Spring has truly arrived in Ohio. The orange Barrels mean road construction. But wait. This area has been under construction for 2 years. Must be a good paying contract for it to be going on for ever and aver and ever and ever……….. Casual dinner here and then early to bed early to rise makes a person wanting more sleep Alarm set 3:00 3:05 3:10 3:15 3:20 😳
