Question about the upgrade offer: I have a balcony stateroom yet I can bid for a balcony stateroom. Will it be a higher category or might we go backwards?

I am on a Royal ship right now, at sea so only on their wifi. My phone is in airplane mode. I have received 4 calls since sailaway. One was from my daughter (Samsung to my iPhone.) There were 2 spam calls (are you kidding me?) And today a call was from a landline. I am at a loss as to what is going on.

So odd question, what is the consensus of the D 4 daily drinks for minors? On our last cruise we were told that we could not use her vouchers (although she is D all by herself, not mine.) Celebrity could figure out how to make milkshakes at the coffee bar. Royal, notsomuch.
