  1. Thanks, @whogo Not having an Apple device upon which to test, I had to rely on some of the iOS tech support sites. DW used to have an iPhone, but she came over to the dark side a couple of years ago.
  2. You're very welcome! The National Institute of Cheer is very focused on customer satisfaction. That's why we would have given you your money back if we couldn't help. ๐Ÿ˜
  3. Tell Debbie she's doing an excellent job enforcing the food photography rule.
  4. You can't see Point of Americas I in that photo. Sky Harbor is in the foreground. That's where the webcam is. Point of Americas II is on the right. POA I is in between. Our pool is on the oceanfront. Point II's faces the Stranahan River, which is the name of the channel that you'll be taking from the port into the Atlantic Ocean. We have blue-tinted glass railings. "Point 2" has white steel railings. (The solid white balconies are ones whose hurricane shutters are closed.) It will look a little different because the pool at Point 2 is empty. (It's being refurbished. We all use the Point 1 pool, where you will often find upwards of 12 people at any given time.) The blue dot shows our relative position. Princess' terminal is closest to the bridge. HAL's terminals are off screen, to the left or south. You'll probably be in Terminal 26, which is where boarding was for the Volendam and @kazua
  5. Hi, Rich. Brian from tech support here. Did turning off MAC randomization help with the login issue? If it did, we can close out your trouble ticket. If not, we will have to escalate to someone with a greater understanding of networking. Thanks!
  6. I read an article about randomized MAC addresses being a big problem with certain ISPs, so I would not be surprised. A lot of large networks have issues with randomized addresses. In fact, if you search for how to turn it off, you'll find a lot of results from universities. I bet it's causing significantly more problems than people realize. After all, this is not a super obvious problem. It took me a day and a half to figure out what the issue was. (In fairness, I was not working on the issue full time, and I did upgrade my beverage package....) If turning off MAC randomization does, indeed, fix your mail issue, give yourself a pat on the back. That's some quality problem solving!
  7. She would use your login and be fine.
  8. The daily menus are 404 (HTTP code for not found) for me on the Nieuw Statendam. I know that's not the app's fault. It's a bad link. My guess - and it's only that - is that the URL being passed to the app works fine on the ship, but not externally. Otherwise, people on the ship would not see their menus.
  9. Sorry to hear that. I'm out of suggestions. (But iOS isn't my normal playground, so there's a good chance there's a solution of which I am unaware.) Here's an image showing how to clear app data. The example is for Safari, but it should work for Navigator as well. I think that Navi uses the same webview applet as Safari, so you may want to selectively clear Safari as well. Note: I don't like to clear all my browser data because you can get rid of saved passwords and other things you need.
  10. Do you have the deluxe, upgraded MDR bread puddings at dinner? We had them almost every night a few weeks ago. There were delicious. For some reason, they were not on the Lido menu. They were only on the MDR menus.
  11. There is a downtown Publix on Andrews Avenue about a 0.6 miles/ 1 km walk away from the Riverside. It didn't show up when @kazu did her search, so keep it mind. (The short walking route is along the riverfront and through the park at Huizenga Plaza. It's about 1 mile / 1.2 km by car.)
  12. Once I turned off MAC randomization, the number of new login requests dropped dramatically. There was still the occasional request, but that appears to have had more to do with the DHCP lease expiration than anything else. (Because you know what makes for a fun vacation? Diagnosing and fixing network issues! HAL may not have rock climbing walls and roller coasters, but they do have fun activities like this. And coloring for adults.)
  13. The last resort option is to uninstall the app. Shut down and restart the phone. Then reinstall the app.
  14. Go to the app's settings and look for the options โ€œClear cache,โ€ โ€œClear data,โ€ or โ€œClear storage.โ€ However, clearing the cache is not a universal option and some apps don't provide it.
  15. I have my default handler for the Navigator menus set to Firefox. I copied the URL over to a developer's browser, that's how I know that the URL is 404, or HTTP Not Found. We should be seeing the Blue Gala menu, but the file is not there. Maybe the menu is missing because gala is now dressy. ๐Ÿ˜‰ You can see the PDF file name in the URL. The download=inline is telling the browser to display the file using its internal viewer. In other words, in the context of the current web page. https://moapp-navigator.hollandamerica.com/ds-public/api/anchor/api/content/ns/menu/a22909895098489489b655777d5e151b/d888ac55bcf645cd4f7a2c236cb304b9_blue_gala_menu_2024_v.2.pdf?download=inline
