  1. this forum as well as my TA confirmed MSC will not refund even OBC from a TA. so get them to refund via check to ensure you get it.
  2. for suites across cruise lines i can say prices only go up the closer to sailing. one extreme example is i booked the best suite on a royal ship for 1900 PP for 6 nites 18 months out. closer to the cruise the lower suites were going over 3K . so book early is a rule!
  3. on my first upcoming MSC cruise i used my long time TA. he did not complain about them per se but said they are 'different' . so something must be different vs other lines when he goes to book. that being said i will get a 500 dollar check from him after the cruise for my YC stay. after reading on this forum i had him confirm that MSC does NOT refund even TA OBC. even if other people have had them refund it, no way will i take that chance. every other cruise line has refunded my TA OBC with zero issues. so he's mailing me a check all that being said. i use a TA for every cruise.
  4. check out tom moores jungle with write ups on trip advisor. a bit of walking and exploring caves and different paths and looking at pretty water .
  5. their site is suspended. always wanted to play and going in a few weeks http://www.fungolf.bm/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi
  6. can i assume theres a mad dash for the st georges ferry 1st thing? im on msc and tuesday carnival is with us then next day joy arrives for a stint. can i assume there's just one ferry per time slot? i got conflicting results for trying to find ferry capacity. one site said 800 but maybe thats a new planned one? i reallly dont want to bus between hamilton to st geo but with the times getting back it may be required on a tuesday to return to ship later . still unsure what we are doing but perhaps 4 hours in st geo would be enough. still have to look into what we are doing
  7. i have no experience with this guy except to say he was SUPER nice and refunded my money after i got sick and couldnt make the dive https://www.hartleybermuda.com/wp/
  8. i just read theres a show in eden that is quite crowded. can the butler reserve seats or would that cause a riot?
  9. our ship is in port T/W/R before the weekend sailing event. we are docked at the royal dockyard will the days we are there have much extra passenger load on the ferries. busses. tourist sites? didnt know if this was an event like the superbowl with many things the week before or something of a lesser magnitude. i wish i knew for sure if the ferry to st georges starts may 1 or not. otherwise i may just do the hamilton ferry and bus to st geo on april 30. ncl joy arrives may 1 but they have their own st geo ferry so i anticipate no extra issues in that respect even if the bermuda ferry is operating. but i just figured best to get to st geo before they arrived 🙂 .
  10. also i booked earlier last year and got free grats and have the sheet to hopefully prove it.

  12. butler or concierge will book it all. plus even for regular cabins there are many reservations held back for those who are on board.
  13. i predict there will be 'bed guards' placed under every bed to prevent employees from hiding at some point in the future . also i wondered how these devices stay powered so long.
  14. do you just hold it up in the middle of the room and it senses or do you have to 'scan every inch' of the walls?
  15. they dont have the schedule out for summer 24. will the ferry go to st georges the last week of april?
