CRYSTAL ESPRIT TO HOST GUEST CHEF BEN ROBINSON

ONBOARD SELECT WEST INDIES SAILINGS

 

MIAMI, January 17, 2018 – Chef Ben Robinson of Bravo TV’s popularBelow Deck series, will bring his culinary expertise and lively personality to the galleys and dining venues of Crystal Yacht Expedition Cruises’ Crystal Esprit, as he hosts two of the yacht’s spring West Indies sailings in 2018. During the weeklong sailings on March 18, 2018 and April 1, 2018, Robinson will lead cooking demonstrations and host question & answer sessions, cocktail receptions and shore-side visits to local markets. Guests can also enjoy a multi-course dinner specially prepared by the chef and Crystal Esprit’s culinary team.

No stranger to the region or yachting lifestyle, Robinson stars on Bravo TV’s Below Deck, a reality program that highlights private yachting in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, and chronicles the crew’s experiences. In addition to his decade-long tenure as an executive chef aboard international yachts, Robinson operates a global catering business serving clients all over the world.

About Chef Ben Robinson

 

Chef Ben Robinson is accomplished on both land and sea. He is a master chef that has worked under Italian chefs in Florence and earned an apprenticeship at three Michelin Star restaurant, The Fat Duck, based in the United Kingdom.

Robinson has been featured on several seasons of Bravo's hit series,Below Deck. The reality series profiles a group who work aboard mega yachts that sail in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Robinson’s culinary skills have been featured as he serves as the Executive Chef aboard the vessels, navigating not only the open water, but also unique and demanding requests. He has a successful catering business for which he travels all over the world creating culinary masterpieces.
