  5. Why can't we add any more new RollCalls? It says the tool is down.
  6. LOL, hope lawyer fees and court costs are lower than DSC.
  7. Never a problem even on their 'Formal/Gala/dress up night.' This has been our experience on 3 different MSC ships in Europe and the Caribbean last year.
  8. Still have not heard back from MSC. It has been over 2 days. I guess I am expecting too much. LOL
  9. Can't see my complete booking on MSC site. Can't link my booking to my Black Card Number. Yes, I try that everyday and still no luck. Like I said, I log in via User ID and Booking number. Both ways show different things as I tried to explain before. It is beyond help. LOL
  10. Can't see my complete booking on MSC site. Can't link my booking to my Black Card Number. The complete booking was available last month, not this month. I know it is there and valid because when I sign in, I get the option to purchase beverage/excursions/etc. I have complete on line check-in. Regardless of how I sign in by booking or member, I cannot see complete booking. Been trying for over a week now. Tried to call, on hold. Gave up. This is the US site and I have tried 3 different browsers. Tried to send request for help via their Internet site. Still waiting over 30 hours. Trying to book a cruise with them for 2020. I can't do it on line and TA can't do it. MSC is totally lacking in Customer Support. For those of you who have had other experiences with CS, I am glad for you. Just consider yourself lucky. Please don't try to tell me how great their service was. I do not care, as it does not resolve my problem. HAPPY CRUISING!!

  12. Yes, been trying to do so for over a week. Tried to contact MSC CS and no luck either. MSC has the worst Internet/communications of any and all the cruise lines. Not JMHO, but this is true. I have tried all ways of trying to see my booking and even linking it. NO LUCK!! I know the booking is valid as it is confirmed on the MSC site.
  13. Yes, Firefox, Opera and Explorer. Was all working in Jan 2019. But, not now. US site.
  14. So, if you are a TA it is Ok for MSC to put you on hold for hours? TAs can provide much more bookings for a cruise line than each individual booking by themselves. I have been on hold woth MSC for over an hour before. MSC is very slow and not consistent on their products and answers.
  15. Sorry to disagree with you again. I have been cruising with MSC since 2006. This is first time, this month, that nothing works to see my booking details.
  16. You are totally correct. TAs ste saying MSC is totally non responsive. This week my USA TA tried to contact MSC and finally have up. He emailed them and got 3 different answers for the beverage pkg from 3 different people. For 2 days he had been trying to get pricing on an MSC cruise for 2020. The online booking system was not available. He called and left messages. Still waiting. Yes, some agencies I work with do not use MSC at all because of this.
  17. What makes you think it works when people are saying it does not? I've been trying both ways for a week and it goes not work. For me it works the way I have said x number of times.
  18. Thanks for your info. However, I have tried this all week. I just retried it again to no avail. It shows no bookings so I tried to link my booking. This is what I get: Sorry, we didnt find the passenger for the booking number inserted. Please check your number and try again. Yet, I can sign in via booking number and name and get the page to purchase packages and excursions. I do not even get the page you are addressing: Then you get a new page with headings : Plan My Cruise / Cruise detail /Web check in /Account Setting / MSC V oyagers Club. Totally frustrating!!!! Never had this problem with any other cruise line.
  19. My TA in the US tried to get me a price for a future MSC cruise. Here is what I get back from the TA: ' Their on line booking tool / system is not up and running.' So, we are not the only ones having a problem with MSC. The TAs are, too.
  20. Did you actually see your booking info such as cabin number, price of cruise, etc.? I can sign in but cannot see anything but Options to purchase Packages/Excursions.
  21. The answer that MSC gives seems to be the same ole story. Yes, we know we have problems, we have a new web site. SOS! This is 2019 not 1975. IT and the Internet has been around for years! Get with it MSC!!!!~
  22. Amazing how we can say what these packages are or are not. However, MSC personnel cannot tell or give accurate information on what packages are available. Even the passengers who are on the ships now are posting packages that some of you say are no longer available.DAHHHHHHHHHH! In the West we call this option 'Goat Ropping!'
  23. Here are the two responses my TA received from MSC today from two different MSC people via email. 1. Hello, Those packages are no longer available. Due to them being discontinued. We offer different packages currently. I apologize for any inconvenience.Thank You, 2. Hello, There is no upgrade from drinks on us to easy package. So, again MSC does not know what they are doing. Neither do any of us when we say this or that. LOL
  24. THis subject really needs to be cleared up by MSC. Is there still a DOU pkg? No one seems to know. Some postings say you can upgrade from DOU to EASY for $112 pet cabin. My TA can't even get a straight answer. MSC what is the answer?
  25. Have can they have a Dress Code if it is not enforced?
