    Most of the cabins on deck 4 are considered obstructed. Just look up any room pics on HALfacts for rooms on the 4th floor.

    Did an Alaska cruise from Vancouver on Koningsdam mid-July. Came back with COVID....

    Yes, but you have to go through Canadian customs as you get off the ship, and get re-processed via US immigration when getting back on. Alternatively, why not just ignore the boarding time, and board when you are ready?
