Thank you for always so generously sharing your reviews with us all. They bring me a lot of joy!

I sumbitted mine in mid June for my early July B2B. I didn’t receive any response and wasn’t going to worry about it but about a week after I returned they responded, apologized for the delay, and issued me two x $50 refunds which I thought was pretty cool of them

I feel so bad for the staff! While most people on my cruise last week were well behaved, a few of those defiantly not wearing masks inside looked like they just wanted someone to correct them for a challenge! I didn’t pull my mask up between sips in the casino one night and had to be told and I was embarrassed and of course complied. These people are just prolonging the pandemic and making another future shutdown more likely

I’m on the Panorama 12/21 and didn’t get anything. Won’t need to park anyway😊

Loving your review. I’ve been looking for a good Panama Canal review and they have been hard to come by; we’ll be on the Miracle from San Diego to Miami in Feb so this is great timing.

Agree with everything! In fact, I could have written your post! Lee is just the best. I didn’t get the survey either but husband did and I made sure he mentioned Lee. He’s the first CD I’ve had where I’d book another cruise specifically to sail with him again. He felt like an old friend from day 1 and I had to remind myself that I didn’t really know him, I just felt like I did!

except liquor, one contradiction, they said in the beginning that bottle water was included and near the end they said they will not carry bottled water for environmental reasons
Lol I noticed this discrepancy too

Jeff and Patty, greeting passed on to Ruther. Told him I expect a lot from him!

Loving every moment of your review, Jamman! We board the Splendor on Saturday! Tell me, what’s your favorite bar to sit and spend time at on the Splendor? This’ll be my first time on this ship and I am particularly entranced by the look of the aft liner bar...

Please forgive us if we don't post anything the next couple of days, as we are observing a rather somber anniversary. Those that have been following us for over five years would understand. We promise to ramp it up over the weekend again. Thanks!
Sending comfort and warm thoughts to you three 😢

Yay! I’ve been checking regularly waiting for your review. Loving every moment!!!!

All I've seen are CSM's. That's the way of the world today. Gives them more hands per hour and takes away card counters. ☹
Oh that hurts to hear! Better that I am prepared for it though. Thanks for taking time out of your cruise to respond. May you enjoy the rest of your cruise and do well in the casino!

Loose slots ??? really ????
Yes, really... we have had a little success in the past on ships, one cruise in particular after hitting up a machine a reviewer had recently mentioned. Though I do prefer to spend my time at a blackjack table.

Not sure about the sea day brunch menu since we haven't made it there yet. I'm about even after the first four sea days. The continuous shuffling machines suck as I'm sure you know. 😎
Glad you’re sitting about even. I know you’ll come out up, you always seem to!
Oh how I despise those CSMs! Do they have them on all tables or just low limit tables? I’ve really only cruised fantasy class ships (with the exception of Victory) and on my recent cruises on Imagination and Inspiration they had the CSMs at the $10 / $6 non super-fun tables only. Hoping that’s the case on Splendor too. Though I wish Carnival (and land casinos) would do away with them completely. I know, I’m dreaming 😆

Is it the new brunch menu or the old? Any loose slots you’ve found? I’ll also be on the ship 6/1 and eagerly awaiting Jamman’s review! How has the blackjack been Jamman?

Lee Mason confirmed to me on Facebook last week that he will be CD In June. I’ve never cruised with him but he seems fun!

I tried a solo cruise last year. I am a loner usually but realized I definitely don't prefer to cruise alone. There were only 5 (I think-maybe 6) other solo cruisers on the ship (per dining room staff who seated us all together). They were nice but no substitute for my usual cruising companion!

I've done the 4 day inspiration you speak of and this weekend I'll be going on the imagination for that same itinerary. It's a cheap short cruise and those 2 things usually can attract a more fun loving crowd. However if you choose the weekday cruise (ie Sunday thru Thursday) you might have a better chance of it being more low key. If I'm to compare it to the first cruise I took, which was a carnival 4 day on the elation out of NOLA, the inspiration was definitely less wild. At least the sailings I was on.

My second birthday cruise he had my cake delivered to the mdr and we shared with table mates.

No! We learnt this the hard way. Had to toss my birthday cake that my bf bought for me on the ship upon debarkation [emoji20]

Loving this! Just got off the ship on 8/17 so eager to see if you post anything about the many staff I adored so much!
