  1. Thank you for your feedback!! Although I wasn’t too descriptive about our Cabana Mini Suite, fact is that ours is a regular (i.e. NOT a Reserve Class) Cabana Mini Suite stateroom and we’ll be on deck 11 (2-decks above the so-called . Interestingly enough, when using “Dine My Way” via the Princess app we made our included nightly dinner reservations and we have been assigned a table in the Signature restaurant. That’s different from the other exclusive restaurant that’s only open to guests in Reserve Collection staterooms, but evidently Princess does classify our stateroom as a Suite and as such our included dining will be in the Signature restaurant. Whew, we feel relieved to hear about the cushy sofa-bed. It would make no sense for Princess to not make each bed as a comfortable one. Thanks for your insights about that. The aforementioned YouTube post by JJ Cruises remarked about the access to the restricted Cabana Deck as being accessible to all Cabana Mini Suite guests - be those in Reserve Collection or on deck # 9 or not. Guess we’ll find out when we embark on April 8. It’ll be icing on the cake if we can access that area - but no big deal if not. It’s going to be fabulous no matter what! Cheers,
  2. We are booked in deck 11 in a Cabana Mini Suite on the April 8th sailing from Rome. We're truly puzzling over several details about this new stateroom category. Now that the Sun has sailed (a few times already) we're hoping to get some feedback about the Cabana Mini Suite from others who've sailed on her, OR those who have gotten more details for their bookings from Princess. In particular, we wonder how the "Sofa Bed" that is in the stateroom is configured to be a bed. Does that pull-out like a convertible sleep-sofa, or would it just be made-up with bedding on top of the seat cushions - so it would be a twin-sized-bed in width? Guess we're going to find out come embarkation on April 8, as we have 3-adults booked in our Cabana Mini Suite stateroom! I also saw a Cruise YouTuber review of the Cabana Mini Suite posted by JJ Cruises. They mentioned a few details that caught my attention about the stateroom - including that ALL booked guests in any of the Cabana Mini Suites may access the restricted "Cabana Deck" located on deck 9. I had previously thought that restricted section was only accessible Reserve Cabana Mini Suite guests only in the staterooms on deck 9, but the YouTuber said area may be accessed by any Cabana Mini Suite guests regardless of which deck their stateroom is located on. Additionally, the post by JJ Cruises mentioned that guests in this stateroom category along with any ofher "Suites" have access to the "Signature restaurant for their meals that are included in the cruise fare. Evidently, per JJ Cruises YouTuber, the Signature restaurant is exclusive to any "Suite" guests, but that dining area is separate from the Reserve Collection dining room which is more exclusive to those staterooms that are typed as "Reserve Collection". Anyway if my understanding of this is correct, then this seems to be a new arrangement onboard the Sun Princess. Please share what you know or perceive as datails such as mentioned above about the Cabana Mini Suites. Let's share our knowledge and discoveries about this new to Princess stateroom category!
