  1. If that happened, it was not an interporting stop, but a downline embarkation - slightly different scenario from the OP.
  2. There should be a separate line for suites - look or ask for that.
  3. Royal Caribbean Announces New Policy for Casino Winners (cruisehive.com)
  4. Neither. Get a regular balcony on Wonder or Icon (whichever is cheaper) and put the savings into the kids' 529 account.
  5. It’s mostly a European thing. Don’t think that happens much if at all in Australia or Asia.
  6. Don’t try to figure out the why of anything RCI - just leads to frustration. Most of the time, assume RCI IT incompetence.
  7. Whenever you look for up to date info, set the app to the current sailing, not yours.
  8. That is a generic language email they send to all passengers regardless of port. What actually happens at the port can vary from sailing to sailing and time of day.
  9. The rule (no extra point for a being booked double but have a no show second passenger - you sailed solo) changed in late 2019 or early 2020. As mentioned, you got lucky for any booking since then which was NOT changed to solo before final payment.
  10. Radiance class, which can do the inside passage are Radiance and Serenade. Quantum class is Quantum and Anthem (Ovation is in Alaska this year) which can't do inside passage.
  11. The round trips are from Seattle typically on Quantum class ships. From Vancouver, the sailings on Radiance class which can do the inside passage are usually one way to Seward but it looks like Serenade will do round trips to Vancouver - those or may not happen in 2026. At the start of the season there's usually one Q class sailing from Vancouver which returns to Seattle.
  12. Welcome to CC. Book when it is convenient for you. You can set the app to the current sailing to see the activities and work around those.
  13. Like most years, assume two Radiance class ships and you'd have to do a B2B for that.
  14. Reimburse the no show planner purchased items and taxes/fees. Nothing else happens to the booking.
  15. Most of the time the price on board is the cost you see in the planner before any discounts.
  16. The reply in post #4 from 4 years ago is still valid. Given the post was in the middle of COVID, the OP may not have taken that sailing.
  17. Welcome to CC. Some sailings are likely better suited to solos than others.
  18. Don't sail RCI if you are looking for anything "fair".
  19. It can be transferred to a US TA but you should have that TA info available at the time of booking. By default, the on board booking usually is transferred to the last TA you used so ensure you opt of that when booking.
  20. A short flier this week with some shorter sailings being decent value.
