Robin, I still think Oceania is about the best bang for the dollar....all and all they are still very good as all the lines are facing the same issues. We don't go on the "r" size anymore as we like the added venues and newer ships. There are so many more newer ships on line on all the lines so we will be dipping in with other cruise lines but very carefully! Maybe Ritz Carlton next

I agree.....there should be a greater difference

The difference between an B1 and A4 is about $200.00 pp....for that you have the conceirge which can help you with dinner reservations, tours and flight or hotel info.....you have the lounge for convience and what have you....and a slightly better selection on room choice.....it's like anything in life - do you need anything but air and food....it's not going to break the bank but if you can't afford it.....

we haven't been on a full cruise since they returned ....the most about 80% capacity so there has been no shortage of help whatsoever....maybe the big monster ships are suffering.

That was we never left Horizons before 1am..... The other really big factor are sea days....we had 11 on that cruise so there was plenty of drunkin/drinking nights...much more than if in port the next day.

Hi Robin.....I have to laugh.....we had such a great time on that cruise....it depends on just a couple of guests and then many come out of there shell....Whenever lefts Horizons before 1am and had a blast everynight! We always have a great time in Horizons on the Riviera and the Marina after 10pm....thats when all the old folks are put to bed!

because if you don't use it all you lose it....but to each is own....if you want to give me your money I'll hold it and pay for your stuff...your not getting a discount for prepaying unless you choose excursions and not everyone uses it all or they have to add more $ in at the shops to get rid of it. It only makes sense for O not for the passenger. I'm really surprised that you would post that response but I guess this is your life!

I know the House Select Package+ Unlimited Champagne, wine and beer with lunch and dinner $39.95 per guest, per day and You can upgrade to the Prestige Select for $20 PP PD Unlimited premium spirits, Champagne, wine and beer wherever and whenever you wish which equals $59.95 per guest, per day But I would like to know what an individual drink would cost - say a Smirnoff martini verse a Belvedere Martini, or well scotch and a Johnny Walker Black??
