  4. I have some edible ones in different flavours which are pretty good: lime for long island iced tea, lemon for bloody mary, chocolate for bushwacker, etc In the Epic they gave you a paper straw for frozen cocktails otherwise no straw

  10. I bought a Cruise Next Certificate using my OBC and only had to pay the left over bit of $6 on my credit card.
  11. We just got back from the Epic and there was no salmon on any menu and the cheese plate for dessert had gone from MDR. I did manage to get a cheese plate one day by asking for it but other times I asked the servers said no.
  12. Not in Europe, your deposit is non refundable but you can transfer it to another (different) cruise if you are lucky
  13. You cannot reprice the same cabin if you booked it in Europe, you can upgrade but you have to pay extra, no money back. In Europe we get the advantage of a later final payment date I understand that you cannot reprice a booking after final payment in US if it includes airfare
  14. I got of the Epic 2 weeks ago and whilst the cabin was warm I was often cold in the dining rooms/restaurants and theatre
  15. I am about to go from Bronze to Silver so I will qualify for the excursion discount. Does anyone know if this will be automatically applied to the excursions I have booked for my next cruise or do I need to cancel and rebook?
  16. If you qualify you should have a banner on the MyNCL page for that booking, that banner will redirect you to the right webpage to place your bids. I have found that it doesn't work from the app but does from the webpage
  17. That is normal if you book through a travel agency you have to go through them for room repricing. In my case my booking was part of a group booking with the TA as such we didn't get the triple points and the price didn't go down at all however I could bid using the upgrade advantage from the MyNCL page
  18. I was on the Epic for Halloween in 2018, they had a haunted house set up in one of the meeting rooms which was pretty good. You walked through a maze of sheets and people dressed as ghosts, vampires, zombies, etc jumped out at you There were also Halloween decorations and a costume parade

  21. I quite like the coffee we get from this machine even with the nasty creamer and it's easy to make tea with it.
