This is the way it's been for quite a while.

I would have no problem having a beer at those prices. I can get Sam Adams Lager as well as quite a few others. Most of the ones that are premium, i wouldn't necessarily order at home.

Aft balconies are apt to get soot on any cruise ship. Everything from the funnels goes to the back. It can't be helped.

I don't use the app, and the first thing I do when we get into the cabin is put our phones, keys, and passports in the safe. The next time I see them is the last night when everything comes out of the safe.

Other than the Yacht Club MSC is a lot more crowded than any Celebrity ship, and I don't even include kids. Figure a Carnival ship times 1 1/2 people given the same size ship.

People that got drinks for others on their package is the reason that everybody in the cabin has to have the drink package if one buys it. It's stealing, plain and simple.

Drive to Fort Lauderdale and stay the night there.

I upgraded when they had the holiday sale and it cost $6.99 pd + 20%. I did it on line with no problem, and have a receipt for it.

We were on the Beyond, and found Eden to be excellent.

I was on 16 on the Seashore , and am booked on the Seascape also on 16. I like being close to the Top Sail Lounge.

You shouldn't always go by critics on CC. More negative posts than positive ones because people love to complain. Been on 3 MSC cruises, and booked on a 4th. Loved them all.

I believe this goes for all the lines. Under 4 inches is OK.

We've sailed the Beyond and The Seascape's sister, the Seashore. The Seashore was in the YC, and the Beyond just a regular balcony cabin. The YC offers a great value for what you get, especially the service. The Beyond is by far our favorite ship after 25 cruises. The entertainment was fantastic, and the food very good, including the buffet. You can also get a late night snack. We're booked on the new Ascent, again in a regular balcony, and on the Seascape in t6he YC. I would never sail MSCX outside the YC again. To me it's on a level with Carnival. Much too crowded.

To all the people who still like Celebrity, including myself, according to some people here, we are just cheerleaders, and ignore the negatives. Not true in my case. I know the negatives, but for me they are minor, and for me, Celebrity is still my go to line.

The deposit is refundable unless it's for the YC or past final payment.

It would take a lot more than that for me to say it sunk to a new low.

$2900.00 for two in a YC cabin is awesome. Once you're there on that cruise, it will be very hard to go back to a normal cabin. The YC food is head and shoulders over the MDR, and you will be treated like royalty, from embarkation to debarkation.

These people on the world cruise posting on Tik Tok are influencers paid to do what they're doing by sponsors. If they didn't have anything negative, they'd be cut off, whether the posts are truthful or not doesn't matter.

I'm a big Celebrity fan. We enjoyed the Equinox, and loved the beyond. We're also booked on the Ascent, and looking forward to it.

We've also been on both. For the shows alone, I would pick the Harmony.
