  1. There are new Millie cruises posted on Celebrity’s site for a couple Coastals and 11 day Alaska.
  2. Reports now of a third cruise ship, HAL's Westerdam, with passengers not being allowed to disembark in Japan. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7974721/Japan-blocks-foreigners-disembarking-cruise-ship.html?ico=pushly-notifcation-small
  3. What a nightmare for everyone confined on that ship, and for 14 days 😞
  4. But if they're confined to their cabins, which you would assume, who is feeding them? I mean, if everyone is under quarantine. Unless health professionals from ashore are looking after them? I can't even imagine.
  5. Everybody to be quarantined for 14 days onboard ship. https://www.cnbc.com/2020/02/04/princess-cruises-quarantines-3700-after-10-passengers-test-positive-for-virus.html?__source=Facebook
  6. Princess Cruises confirms that 10 passengers have tested positive. https://www.cnbc.com/2020/02/05/coronavirus-latest-updates.html
  7. Not much online yet apart from Twitter, but here is a link from a Japanese news agency, breaking news on top. Someone else has reported on Twitter that everyone will be quarantined for 14 days, I am assuming on the ship. https://english.kyodonews.net/news/2020/02/b5faf8ce3838-urgent-some-on-quarantined-japanese-cruise-ship-infected-with-coronavirus.html
  8. There are several sources coming in now over Twitter from legitimate news sources including Bloomberg.
  9. It has just been reported that 10 people on the Diamond Princess quarantined in Yokohama have tested positive for the virus.
  10. The OP is merely posting something that is all over the news right now, using a similar headline.
  11. I was told several times when I booked under the last $25 non-refundable deposit promotion, that if I were to cancel, that is all I would lose - $25. Where did you hear this?
  12. I also made a booking that showed the 25% penalty period effective the next day. But when I went ahead and booked, my confirmation showed the proper date for 25% penalty period. Just some weird website thing.
  13. If it is worth refaring your cruise under the current Black Friday promotion, they are not charging the new $14 per day fee under this promotion.
