  1. Wife and I are going on our first cruise, RCC Grandeur of the Seas, embarking from Baltimore on 2/28.  We orig. told our TA that we wanted late dining; however since then we decided to request My time.  Our TA looked, not avail. as of last week; she suggested we contact the maître de when we board and that we could probably get it switched.  Anyone ever been in this situation?  My fault totally, should have requested My Time to begin with but "ignorance is bliss...."

  2. First time cruisers here.  One of our ports is  in Charleston, SC, arrival time listed by RCC is 7am, leaving at 4pm.  We have not booked any shore excursions as nothing offered seemed to interest us.  However on our own we are going to do a carriage ride thru the historic distric with Palmetto Carriage Works and then I would like to tour Fort Sumter.  How soon can we expect to leave the ship in the morning once docked?  I am trying to decide how soon to schedule a carriage tour and if we will have enough time to tour the fort.  We are nervous about how much time it will take and getting back to the ship on time.  Any help, info. please?

  3. Hi, brand new to cruising, wife and I are booked for the 2/28/20 cruise out of Baltimore on Grandeur of the Seas.  I am looking for the shows, activities, calendar of events and don't see it yet.  I see everyone talking about booking your times for shows, etc.  We already have reserved our excursions; where or when will I see this information to reserve, plan, etc.?  Thanks ahead of time.

  4. I am trying to plan the first cruise for my wife and me, adult son & girlfriend and adult daughter and friend or boyfriend (single right now).  I want to make it a Christmas present for this year, aiming to cruise over spring break in March of next year.  I know it will be crowded probably but kids are still in college.   We live in Pennsylvania so I would like to drive to NY, NJ, or Baltimore so I don't have to pay airfare.  No preference on cruise lines as we haven't cruised thus don't have a favorite.  Any PA/east coast people have suggestions, things to consider, advise, favorite ships, cons & pros, etc.    All are welcome and appreciated!
