I've made a few attempts and (lost a few deposits) to travel across the top of Russia: the Arctic NE Passage from Norway to Alaska on the Endurance. Looks like the Endurance is off Greenland now, while I believe it was originally scheduled to be heading from Norway into the Barents Sea around now. Anyone know how Lindblad has responded to Russia's invasion of Ukraine? I've still got a booking open for that voyage in 2023. Not sure it's worth it to just to go to Greenland (although a NW Passage across the top of Canada might be interesting.) Getting used to losing deposits. Covid has me saving many more thousands in not traveling anyway, so whatever: when I finally go someplace it'll be probably be last minute, but luxury style!
