  1. We have sailed on all classes of RCL and also Princess except for the Royal Princess.

The Quantum is our favorite. I kind of get a kick out of the folks warning about dynamic dining when they ever tried it. It is great. The funny thing is that Princess was the first to do dynamic dining with four different dining rooms back around 2008. I liked it them and like it now.

The Quantum is beautiful and loved the bumper cars and I am an old fellow. Make sure you try the Trapeze.

By the time you are going the Anthem will be in the States.

Princess offers the traditional along with personal choice dining. Quantum class doesn't offer traditional for those that don't like dynamic dining.

  2. If you read the description on the Princess website, the Unlimited Soda package does include milk shakes.

What ship are we talking about? Very few balconies are fully private, but can be seen a little from above.

I was talking about Regal Princess. I did read the description from the link below from princess and it doesn't say anything about milkshakes.

  3. Thank you everyone for your replies. I like a firm bed too, but it needs to a little soft. I like the Tempur Pedic Contour Allura mattress. I'm not expecting to find that on a ship. I just want it to be at least as good as Navigator of the Seas.

  4. I've read that Princess beds are uncomfortable and to request an egg crate. I also read that they are replacing their mattresses. Are the beds uncomfortable? How do the beds compare to Royal Caribbean? I am particularly interested in Regal Princess?
