I was thinking about that, but if you click on the "i" icon there is time/date info embedded in the photo, so I just take new screenshots for each activity.

Yes. You just need to get the link to register for the activity from here and enter your Captains Club number. Then complete the activity. Always take screenshots and save them until the points have been awarded.

I'm grateful that following 6/14 when our PUP points from the May Webinar failed to post, after multiple calls, emails and a contact through the forever-to-be nameless social media site, they finally showed up on 7/14. Now I will wait until I once again see a flurry of activity on this thread show up in my inbox. Meanwhile, we're packing for our next adventure on Eclipse that's fast approaching. Maybe we'll get to try out the streaming ability of Starlink with the Premium WIFI.

Neither DH nor I have ever been asked to participate in a focus group in person or via tele-meeting. I have received a survey requesting my opinions about allowing children to use the Solarium that was unrelated to any type of marketing.

We are staying post cruise in Reykjavik at a hotel and have done a bit of research to find help with our baggage to the airport. We found 2 different services that will pick our bags up from our hotel on the evening before our flight, scan our boarding passes, check our passports and take our luggage, then check it in to the airline and we next see it when we reach our final destination back in the US when our flight lands. The services we're considering are BagBee and BagDrop. I'm wondering if anyone here has experienced service by either of these companies and would be kind enough to share their experience with them. TIA

We haven't sailed on the Eclipse since before Covid and are wondering which of the cast production shows are on the ship. TIA

Your onboard charges will go onto your onboard account. Once the OBC is added it will also go onto your onboard account. At the end of the cruise the debits and credits will be reconciled.

We usually see it on the first day, but once it didn't arrive until day 3.

If your reservations are linked and you have all the passport info it should be easy.

Go to Manage my reservation, then scroll down to the Move up. Click and the status should pop up. -

Murano on E-class is a MDR, not a specialty restaurant, so that would be comparing apples and oranges. The only thing the same is the name.

I'm totally uninterested in short cruises. Travel to Florida for a Caribbean cruise is a pain if going for less than 10 days minimum. -

We've done it multiple times and honestly noticed no difference. I do advise taking a screen shot of your sign up and reminding your cabin steward when you meet on embarkation day that you've signed up for the Go Green program. Save the screenshot until you receive your points before deleting it.

The Captains Club rep I spoke with on one of my 5 phone calls mentioned the 22nd as a date that I had to wait until to see the points updated. Sadly, mine are still MIA and although DH's account still shows the activity (mine doesn't), the points total hasn't been adjusted upwards by 3. I have called, emailed (gotten a confirmation that my email was received) and contacted X through the social media site...as of just now, still nothing. They have had me jumping through ever moving hoops. Delete CC # sign out and re-enter, sign out of the app and uninstall, re-install etc. They have received multiple copies of my screenshots. Either the points show or not, there's nothing more I'm willing to do. Good to see that some people have gotten results.

We've never encountered a problem with getting the dates/times we wanted when we've booked a dining package. When we board we go directly to any of the specialty dining restaurants with a list of the dates/times we wanted already prepared, and made all of our reservations. Any of the restaurants can make reservations for all the others. As @jelayne said, it's a trade off for the discounted pricing of the dining packages.
