To all (especially j & d) very fond memories of Sky, Mars, and Viking. No regrets and we sail often.

Great ship, open and light filled. Arts Cafe a pleasant addition. Would happily sail her again if she were closer to Europe next year.

Cruising now on Silver Nova. Bartender was on Sky with us all. We continue to cruise but age and mobility issues keep us closer to home in Scotland. Still see your photo pop up, jd, from 2022 cruise. Best wishes to all.

Can't help with those ports of call as we were mostly in Kyushu: Kobe, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Yeosu (South Korea), Nagasaki, Kagoshima, Beppu. We were thrilled to have caught cherry blossoms all over.

Just returned yesterday on Silver Whisper from Sidney to Tokyo (34 nights) and then around Japan (another 9 nights). It was a fantastic cruise! I had read some lacklustre reviews, but found them to be inaccurate moaning. Excellent entertainment and staff, food very good, lectures hit or miss. After 78 years on earth, this travel experience rates in the top 3! We had to get e-tourist visas for Australia, but all other visas taken care of by Silversea and billed to account while on board. Japan required all food to be served by staff (no self-serve in Panorama Lounge or at buffets). Also required were daily temperature checks usually performed by suite staff in the morning. They caught us on the way to breakfast (or if I was up too early, I stopped by reception). If anyne wants more specific information about ports of call or tours, let me know. I could only read posts once I returned to the UK, so sorry this wasn't more timely.

We are traveling on Whisper from Sydney to Tokyo from 23 February to 9 April and stops include Indonesia, Viet Nam, Singapore, South Korea, and Hong Kong. Keeping close eye on cases in those countries. On another note, have recently read poor reviews on Crusie Critic of Whisper. Any positive comments?
