Looking for opinions on Denail pre-cruise. We have done a couple of Alaska cruises. Considering May 24, with a 7 day cruise preceded by Denali or just the 14 day cruise. I read the Denali itinerary and it is a lot of 6 AM starts.. and moving from one hotel to another. Just would like to hear from people who have done “Denali”…. Leaning toward 14 days of ship pampering…. But I could be overthinking this. TY
Probably covered already.. but I ended up going down this rabbit hole while researching Silver Nova for Alaska next year. The Nova has a different dress code than the other ships.
Same issue.. I’d rather book our flights for better “control”, but Viking Pre-cruise hotel options in Anchorage are “Sold out”. If we could get a hotel to ship transfer to Seward, I’d be happy. Think we can handle Vancouver to airport. It’s just the Anchorage to Seward (and my husband will shoot me if I make this a challenge!)..
Looking at booking an Owner Suite for Alaska and Deck 6 and Deck 8 are available. (Deck 7 taken..which I get..Rooms above and below).. We have never sailed on Oceania or the Regatta. Looking for any opinions on which would be better in terms of location/noise, etc. We sailed an Aft cabin years ago in Alaska on Regents Mariner and loved it. It was a Penthouse C.. not a full wrap. This is a big deal cruise so Im hoping for great advise. Thanks.
