  1. Remember they get tons of emails, many of which are for things that no action is required of by that department (like, a gluten free diet). Just takes time to get through them all.
  2. If your phone is in airplane mode, then it'll always be wifi.
  3. Carne Asada was excellent. Enchilada was good, though next time I'd order extra sauce.
  4. Poblano pepper soup is probably my favorite app. I'm glad they carried it over from the old menus.
  5. Menus in the app have always been for the current cruse that ship is sailing on. Never for your specific cruise. So just view the current sailing and you'll see the menus.
  6. This is a brand new design. They will find issues during sea trials.
  7. RC's Juneau dock has a shuttle for like $5 round trip. It's probably a 10-15 minute walk otherwise.
  8. Fair point. I would pick a Texas BBQ over RC's Mexican night.
  9. Do the Singapore cruises have different rules?
  10. Agreed, it was not a heavy spice or heavy on the peppers/onions.
  11. It's all done through their app, no cash exchanged. At the end of your ride, it'll prompt you for a tip amount.
  12. Depends where you are. Depends on the ship. Depends where you are on the ship. Starlink isn't even half of what contributes to your onboard internet experience.
  13. Did you mention it to your room steward?
  14. There is no dress code other than don't look like you came right from the pool.
  15. It's been scheduled like that for a while. I assumed it was for construction work on the new adults only area.
  16. Just a big boondoggle cruise where the company president hangs out. There will be a lot of extra pomp and circumstance
  17. It sucks, but it's a risk one takes when going hundreds of miles from any land. Anything and everything could change your itinerary or even what time you arrive back in port on the last day.
  18. Tape your seapass card to your wrist. Now you have a WOW band
  19. You can ask the crew member to place the tray on your balcony table, but it's on you from there
  20. On my last cruise in March, the concierge said it's not back to being a regular perk (yet) but if enough people ask and the bridge agrees, they can set something up. And with that enough people asked and it was a great tour since the captain came up to talk to us.
  21. I'm sure you could do it, but you'd have to call. Flight schedules tend to open up no sooner than 330 days ahead of time.
  22. Air2Sea is good for international flights. Not as good for domestic flights unless they discount the route.
