  1. I don't believe Celebrity ever allowed 2 per person, did they? The old rule was 2 per cabin. The new rule is 1 per person.
  2. I know there's context missing, but a topic about solo rooms for a family vacation is kind of amusing.
  3. I would think as long as the declaration of war is in effect, RC won't go back there.
  4. I just booked a Christmas 2024 cruise, 7 night in a GS, for one of the cheapest fares I've ever paid for a 7 night GS. Deals are out there still.
  5. The first google result for "website for ships in port" gives the same result.
  6. This doesn't seem like new information. Maybe they're just highlighting it explicitly now.
  7. I was on the first cruise that kids got the extended benefits, so late July 2021.
  8. Suite Lounge. On the wall in between the two entry doors.
  9. I believe Mariner has a TV in the lounge, though it just showed ship event calendar stuff.
  10. There are multiple channels that could have games.
  11. Yes, youth perks do include internet. Just follow the steps to purchase internet, and the info you enter will bring up your discount and you'll "buy" a day of internet for $0.
  12. That's not so bad since they aren't boarding the new cruise until that time or later anyway. The ones in Europe can go deep into the afternoon.
  13. The last time I used one of those machines was in the common area of a 2 BR suite. And I still worried it'd wake the others up.
  14. That would be one of the dumbest moves ever to make people with a fixed dining time make reservations.
  15. They were turning off machines for a while shortly after the restart, but I don't believe that's the case anymore
  16. I wouldn't want kids sitting at the bar for extended periods, especially if the bar is otherwise full. But kids coming up and ordering a drink is no big deal.
  17. If you have a fixed dining time, then you already have your meal time reserved. For shows, odds are there will always be availability for walk-ins.
  18. Like I said, I'm sure it was a one off, but they forgot to prep what my wife ordered the night before on three nights, and one night even said "sorry, there's nothing we can make gluten free for you tonight" on one night, which of course was BS.
  19. There's really nothing that *has* to be pre-planned for onboard stuff.
  20. Actually it'd be unlikely. But stranger things have happened in that region.
  21. I've only had one cruise on a ship with a CK and we weren't impressed. They did a terrible job with food allergies, too. I'm sure that was a one off, but we've never tried to book an Oasis ship since.
  22. Agreed. This does not seem like a short-termed conflict like prior ones.
