Hello! My family is full of experienced cruisers but we have never tried princess before. We are booked on the Royal Princess for an Alaska glacier cruise. A few questions- our travel agent booked us on princess plus. We will have three guests and this only applies to 1 and 2. Do all passengers need to have a beverage package? Does the third guest need to be plus? Is it worth upgrading to premier (we like specialty dining)?

Hello cruise critic- I find myself in a bit of a conundrum. I would like to travel to Alaska this July but I am at a loss on which line to use. I have previously sailed Carnival (will not be considering), RCL, and Celebrity. I would say I prefer celebrity, but I understand there is not much of a presence in Alaska. I am looking between NCL (would plan to travel in the Haven- likely on Encore), Princess, and would consider a more luxury line as well. How important is Glacier Bay? We are planning on leaving from Seattle as we have some family there and we are overdue for a visit. Please let me know any recommendations.
