  1. Yes, that's correct that it's per day. Keep in mind though that most of the Navigator sailings are short cruises. This was a 3 day cruise so it was an insignificant amount added to a very inexpensive inside cabin. Suite prices on these sailings are quite significant in comparison.
  2. EXTREMELY disappointed in Navigator of the Seas in respect to Suite guests! We were on Mariner of the Seas (sister ship out of Canaveral) end of May and on embarkation had a lovely lunch in the main dining room. We were just on Navigator out of Miami and went to the main dining room expecting the same. We were told to go to Chops. When we arrived at Chops we were told that there was nothing for suite guests and the offered lunch was only for those who purchased the Key. WOW! So you can book an inside cabin and pay the $20 or whatever the key costs for your sailing and get treated better than suite guests?!?
  3. Thank you Whizbank for the great info! We have been on Navigator of the Seas before, just never from a wheelchair/scooter perspective so it's nice to hear your opinions. It is one of our favorite ships so it is perfect to get the family together to celebrate Mom's 90th birthday, I'm sure we'll have a great time!! Glad you enjoyed your first cruise!!
  4. Thank you for those sites! Checking into both of them now. :)
  5. Yes, we do have her in an accessible cabin already. She was thinking that she would be less dependent on us with a scooter I was just wondering if it would be hard to navigate around the ship and on and off in Nassau as well.
  6. We are taking a cruise soon on RCCL Navigator for my mother's 90th birthday. She is recently out of hospital and has some mobility issues. We were going to try and get a wheelchair but she wants an electric scooter so she has more independence on the ship. Has anyone used an electric scooter on Navigator? Is it doable? If so, does anyone have any ideas on how we can get her one for the weekend cruise out of Port of Miami?

  8. Lucky you! It seems Symphony passengers are the only ones benefitting here as you now get to go to Coco Cay when your original cruise had an itinerary with a day at sea. Unfortunately, those of us on Mariner and Navigator who booked a cruise where we had an island to ourselves are now suffering because of these last minute itinerary changes.
  9. To some people about another 1500 people is a crowd 😉
  10. It's probably because Navigator is now no longer the only ship at Coco Cay on May 25th. We are on the same sailing dates as you on the Mariner of the Seas out of Port Canaveral. We recently received an email that our itinerary has changed and we are now going to be at Coco Cay on May 25th. Looks like we are sharing the island with you which should be all kinds of fun since we are both ships with 3800+ passengers! What on earth was Royal Caribbean thinking?!?
  11. what does the package cost on board (We are on Mariner next weekend)? Trying to decide whether to buy it online ahead of time or onboard with the $23 discount. Need it on 4 devices total (1 for each of our party of 4). 3 of us are diamond members. Any suggestions on how we should buy what we need? Cruise planner is showing 1 device at $14.99, 2 at $24.99, 3 at $29.49 and 4 devices at $33.99 per day
  12. Does anyone know the pricing of non-alcoholic frozen drinks on the Mariner of the Seas? Called RCCL and they couldn't tell me how much it was for a frozen virgin pina colada or daiquiri nor could they tell me if they were included in the refreshment package. Not sure about Johnny Rockets milkshakes either. Just kept saying they should be which is not a gamble I want to take. Also, need 2 of them. Is it recommended to buy in planner or wait for a special on board? Are there any diamond discounts on them?
  13. I'm on the Mariner and as you predicted not happy about the switch. Not only does it affect plans in Nassau, going from having the island to ourselves to now sharing with another 3800+ people is not what we signed up for
  14. We had this exact cabin on Mariner of the Seas last October and loved it! The balcony is huge and you're high enough that the obstruction isn't an issue. If it was available now I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
