My suggestion would be to use taxis. The buses follow a certain route and traffic is unlike anything you have ever experienced, the bus will be crawling through the city. Make a list of what landmarks you want to see and taxi from place to place. The prices are reasonable, and the cars are very clean.

The Holiday Inn is clean and quiet. Their breakfast is also very good.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn by the cruise port in early June. Great hotel. The location is excellent and the hotel itself was clean, staff was amazing. They also have a great breakfast to start your day.

Dawn is a great ship and the food was excellent. We sailed on Dawn from June 3 to 13 and would rebook in a heartbeat.

In my opinion it is best way to see different places on our planet. The ship is your transportation, your hotel, your restaurants and your nightly entertainment. Meeting staff and guests from all over the world. I also love walking on the deck after dark to hear the ocean and see the night sky. You realize how small you are on this rotating globe.
