  1. Matt Mitchum’s been named as CD, so that’s a win, and there’s a great little preview video of the Lido on YouTube. I like the two-tier Red Frog, and the Pig & Anchor looks huge on here.
  2. Aloha Stadium has a great flea market Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. If you’re looking for souvenirs or aloha shirts you can’t beat it for range and value for money. Something to remember for next time.
  3. ‘Every year for us now, it gets into your blood 😁 Next up is Mardi Gras from NYC next year.
  4. Our cabin door on Glory, all my own work An Englishman, an American, and an Australian walk into a bar... Virgin Gorda from Tortola. Best views in the Caribbean Glory from Polly’s on the Pier, St Croix Cozumel wharf from Fat Tuesday’s The bay at Deshaies, Guadeloupe. Glory in the Miami turning basin, cruise is just beginning...
  5. We got a midships cove balcony for the back-to-back. Looking forward very much to this one.
  6. So it looks like we’ll be spending about three days in NYC before the first leg, followed by four or five days in either Orlando or Key West post-cruise. Any recommendations for hotels in Manhattan that are not a cut lunch and a six pack from the cruise terminal but won’t break the bank?
  7. Thanks mate, that’s the plan. Works out to a nice chunk of change as OBC. Glad to see you and your wife are on this cruise, I’ve enjoyed your excellent reviews over the years so it’ll be nice to say g’day in person. cheers!
  8. We’re in, deposit paid today on this b2b with the Canada cruise the week before. This Journeys repo will be our Milestone 25 cruise. Only 562 days to go!
  9. Deposit paid, we’re doing this one and the Journeys repo to Canaveral. Only 562 days to go!!!
  10. i understand that it’s around $20 and half an hour by ferry one way to Anguilla from either side of St Maarten/St Martin - are there any other things to take into consideration on a one-day stop in Phillipsburg? I think a day trip across would make a nice change to the usual run.
