What are these certificates you are referring to?

I assume we will be able to use the cabin upgrades the same way with new solo categories. 30K for single upgrade - solo inside to solo OV or solo OV to solo balcony. And 60K for double meta upgrades- solo inside to solo balcony.

How long are points good for? I see people saying they expire. When do they expire?

Someone mentioned above they used their points to upgrade family members. Does this mean they upgraded a cabin that had no one’s name on the Norwegian credit card? Because I tried that and wasn’t allowed to do it. I booked 2 OV and wanted to used my WP to upgrade both a balcony. They would upgrade my cabin since my name is on the credit card not the other OV next with family members. Anyone else with experience with this so I know for the figure?

I just used my points this week for the first time. I used 60000 points to do a double meta upgrade from inside IF to BA for my 11 day cruise on the NCL Dawn leaving January 2; 2023. I’m really excited now for my cruise! Thank you for this forum! The cabin upgrades are the best uses of the points!

We had the last one pictured “Laguiole” steak knife in the Haven restaurant and it cut steak like butter. I would like to get those but there seem to be a lot of fakes. Not sure how to know I get real ones.

Ok I just booked 2 connecting OV rooms - my husband are going to take our grandsons on a cruise ages 10 and 13. Since they are minors, booked one of them in a room with me and one of them in a room with a husband. My Norwegian credit card is in my name. When I tried upgrading both cabins, they said I could upgrade the cabin with my name on it since the card is in my name. Suggestions? Help appreciated!

If I book 2 connecting oceanview rooms can I use my 60,000 points to upgrade to 2 connecting balcony rooms. My husband and I want to take our 10 and 13 year old grandsons to Alaska.
