  4. When I spoke to royal last night at 11:55pm they did not say I missed the deadline when they accessed the res, they said they were unable to cancel due to third party booking etc.

  6. Was after midnight at that point, figured was pointless to call them bk and would try them at nine am.
  7. Ps I was able to reach royal before midnight but they said they can’t cancel because it was booked by a third party. Also was able to use the contact form on royal website before midnight to let them now that I was trying to cancel res before penalties kick in. Will they honor?
  8. I booked with a third party with a 24 call center. I spoke with them numerous times over the past few days and they told me I could cancel up until midnight tonight for full refund. But now when I’m calling they telling me RCCL closed and they can’t call them to cancel… Any advice? ty so much.

  13. It seems the dollar does not have good value here. Was hoping to negotiate a total price for the excursion and not pay per person as we have a large group, including toddlers and seniors. Would chartering a boat for a one way to runaway bay be close in price to hiring a minibus? we can then take mini bus or two vans back from blue hole to the royal ship.

    Ferry Boat

    Is there a ferry that runs in Jamaica? To get around by water as alternative to bus or taxi? Eg Montego Bay to ocho rios or Falmouth to runaway bay? if yes is there a website for Sched and pricing? if not is there a place to charter a larger size boat for a few hours? ty
  15. If we have arranged our own excursions with third party tour operators in the past in Cozumel and belize, is Jamaica different where we will not be able to find reliable trustworthy third party tour operators?
