Hello Cruisers! We need to fly to our next cruising destination but have never used the EZAir option. We're hesitant as we've heard horror stories about problems with cancelled flights which makes me wonder, is this an industry problem or problems specific to certain cruise lines. So please share your experiences with EZAir and if you've had to deal with a flight cancellation and how Princess handled it. Thank you! Mike & Nancy
