The bounce back offer you received is for limited sailings, which is probably why you could not use it. New offers come out every few months so make sure the players club has your correct email. You should receive a nice offer soon and hopefully you can use it for the cruise you have already booked. I never use the bounce back and always rely on the emailed offers.

I have tried to install the Royal app on 2 of my tablets. The play store says that the app is not compatible with either one. I was planning to stream and surf on them. Does anyone know why the app won't work? Thanks in advance for any help.
