Is a booking number different than a ticket number? This is what I have Guests Air Booking Number. It’s different than the confirmation number.

Putting this politely, I understand what you are talking about with the agents. Their accent and my southern accent does not communicate very well.

We are booked with EZ Air. Princess system kept deleting our flights even though American was still showing them. I had to call several days in a row to get the flights restored to my reservation. Each time I called it was a minimum wait time of 1 hour and 45 minutes Communication between myself and the representative was very difficult. I got a whooping $25,00 obo.

I agree it’s awful!!!! We are going on Princess in June, but unless the crew knocks it out of the ballpark it will be our last. Having to deal with customer service is like preparing for a colonoscopy
