  1. Thank you for those responses! Some things to consider. We just always have a balcony so this will be new. But you do still get to see the water, people watch, and see the Aqua theater as well!

Once we had the very aft and I do remember those walks :)

We usually get mid ship and elevators are right there. It seems to save a nice amount of money though.

Are there any bad spots with blocked views?

    thank you!!

  2. We always book a balcony when we cruise. Looking to possibly go on the Oasis for the first time. Wanted to save a little money and was thinking about a balcony room that would look out to see the promenade/ocean/aqua theater. Is there any room area you might recommend that would be good?

Looks like that would have to look out to the Boardwalk and not Central Park?

New to this class, so I'm not sure what I'm talking about :o

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

  3. My head is spinning trying to figure out what to do at our ports. We've been on many cruises, but a few new ones this time, and a few we haven't been to in a long time. Could I get some suggestions based on what we want to do at some ports?

We love the beach and being on the water. Hubby wants to go fishing at one of the ports. I know St Lucia and St Kitts offer that. Want to do some ziplining and also some touring. Any you would suggest?

Some places have must do's and don't want to miss that either.

Barbados- May want to do Harrison Cave and the beach?

    St Kitts-

    Antigua

    St Lucia

St Maarten- Been to many times. Always do the America's Cup. I might want to go to Maho Beach to watch the planes land. Anything else to do while we're there? Hubby wants to sail again. Depends on what I come up with.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

  4. I'm looking at cabin 6636 on the hump of the Freedom. I've never been on the hump and know some cabins aren't good because you can't see the other side if the other side is sticking out.

Does anyone know about this cabin or one on a hump that would be located to the one that sticks out the farthest?

I have to book it tomorrow. All the good cabins are taken pretty much since I'm waiting so long to book.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
