It is gradually getting better. I'm seeing a few features that are improving. Once I log in, it is automatically finding my reservations, showing on board credits available, etc. I have to agree that the TA site is easier to use....although they had their problems there too.

I just had reservations cancelled for 16 people on the Castaway excursion in St. Thomas (11/13/13) on the November 10, 2013 Allure sailing. :( I didn't know about it until one of our group called to say the excursion isn't showing up anymore on their pre-cruise planner.
RCCL rep said they didn't know about the cancellations until they started getting calls from people. Don't know how true that is - but they said they sent a cancellation email to me and that the money was being refunded. I didn't receive an email, (and still haven't) BUT the money was refunded today. We have rebooked on the Turtle Cover Sail & Snorkel. Hopefully it won't be cancelled.
I had to use another email (my work email) to get any confirmations sent on the new shore excursion bookings. BUT I have been getting other notifications from RCCL about the cruise and doing all the on-line pre-cruise requirements, luggage tags, etc.

I booked our Allure pre-cruise 11/9/13 and post-cruise hotel 11/17/13 rooms today through Hot Wire at decent rates of $89.14 and $74.46 at Rodeway Inn & Suites Airport/Cruise Port - Fort Lauderdale. They have free shuttles to and from the airport AS WELL as free shuttles to the pier! Free Wi-Fi, internet, breakfast, etc. 2+ stars. Works for us.

My girlfriend is planning on getting married on a beach next year off a Carnival ship that is stopping at Mahogony Bay.
Anyone have any experience with the beaches? Is there is a easy-to-get-to beach - near where we get off the ship/tender?
She is just planning to have the wedding party and guests get off the ship - meet on the beach together and get hitched!
Any advise is appreciated!

We are sailing in an A3 Aquatheatre suite 1 bedroom #12330 on the 9/23/18 sailing on the Oasis of the Seas. This is what the faq says about the Sky class perks:
*Please note, reservations are required for dinner. Beverages not included.
†Surf + Stream package. One device per person for each guest booked in a Sky suite. Access codes will be provided upon arrival.
**Barefoot Beach cabanas are an additional cost and require reservations.
