    Cool Cruiser
  1. We have used RomeInLimo two times, most recently after our 10day European cruise on the Sapphire Princess Nov 10. Both times we were treated like valued family members from a distant city. Luca was our driver both times and was eager to share his knowledge of history and show us the beautiful sites. He arrived promptly at the ship terminal to pick us up, stowed our luggage in his vehicle while he drove us around the city. He also watched over our things if we were out of the car, so there were no worries of what to do with our stuff. He made sure we had rest breaks and took us to a restaurant near where he grew up for an authentic Italian lunch. Not pizza! At the end of the day we were dropped at our hotel. We highly recommend using RIL for your sight seeing needs.
  2. We cruised on the Ruby in February. We had our printed boarding passes in hand and was told at check in that she didn’t need them anymore. We had not previously checked in on line on Ocean Ready since the Ruby is not fully Medallion ready.
  3. We received a refund for several missed ports due to bad weather on a transatlantic cruise last year. It took about 7 weeks for the check to arrive. It’s in a rather plain enevelop, so don’t throw it out with the junk mail!
  4. The Ruby Princess now has MedallionNet also
  5. 3 for Free is usually a Sept - Nov sale.
  6. Love both ships. Caribbean is older but well kept over the years. It has a true promenade deck, Explorers lounge and fewer passengers. It should have the propulsion issue fixed by next fall. The Regal has a beautiful piazza, great buffet and is much newer. The balconies are smaller but there is room for two to sit while enjoying the view. Both ships have large flat screen TV with on demand movies. Pick your cruise according to the itinerary you are most interested in taking. You will enjoy ship life no matter which you choose. 7. Also consider ParkNGo. They are much more economical and deliver you right to the ship. They are there on your return to shuttle back to your car. You can prepay online. Sent from my iPad using Forums

  9. Six years ago I fell on the Emerald Princess breaking my tibia and fibula. We had the premium princess insurance I was taken to the medical center where the doctors xrayed, then immobilized my leg under sedation. We had a bill somewhere in the $1500 range that we settled before disembarking the ship by credit card. The care was excellent The doctor made all the arrangements to fly me home from Aruba to be admitted at my home hospital for surgery. I submitted my bill to my work insurance which was reimbursed in full as emergency treatment. The bills not covered by my insurance for durable medical equipment post op was also picked up by Princess insurance. We also received a refund on the unused portion of the cruise. We, like you bought the insurance “just in case” We were sure happy to have it. Sent from my iPad using Forums
