We are booked on the Sun for the August 10th 21-day Best of The Mediterranean . I have been trying to make dining reservations for months and there is nothing available. I thought there was a problem with my reservation so I have contacted Princess and was told that I can't make any reservations until I make final payment. Strange thing is that I have another booking on Sapphire over a year away and I can make my dining reservations. Anyone heard of a different policy for dining reservations on Sun?

We just changed our booking from Island Princess August 5, 2024 to Sun Princess August 10, 2024. Before changing from the the Island, I was able to book My DIme Timing for the same time each night. Once I changed to the Sun Princess, I am not able to book any times either same time each day or individual nights. Is there some time frame for the larger ships in selecting dinning reservervations int he main dinning room? I have called Princess and the agent ws unable to make any bookings and just told me to make them closer to sailing or once on board. I'm concerned it is a promblem with my reservation and if I wait until on board, there will not be desirable times available.

We are getting ready for our Navigator cruise in a few weeks and I am finding conflicting information. We like to have a bluetooth speaker and binoculars in our cabin. I have seen there is a Bose BT speaker and biunaculars in our cabin (penthouse suite), however my booking on Rssc.com does not specify a speaker is in the room. I like to pack as light as I can and hate to duplicate items provided. If anyone has been on Navigator recently, I would appreciate any information on speakers and binoculars in the suites. Thanks

Thank you for the information. I was not inquiring about consumption on board. I like to bring home some nice bottles of scotch for gifts for family members.

I'm Sorry, I'm not sure which statement is "not correct." Is it possible to buy bottles of liquor on the ship (Navigator) . Thank you

I guess I assumed there was a shop on the ship to purchase bottles that would be held by Regent until the night before we disembark. Is that not the case?

Thank you. I assume that I will have to pack the bottles I buy onboard in my check luggage as I see no way to get it through TSA.

We are planning on using our OBC for to purchase some Scotch to take home on our Navigator Miami-Miami cruise next month. I've been reading about how to get bottles through TSA. From what I have read Duty Free Alcohol can be carried on if the bottles are in a clear bag that has a tamper proof seal. If anyone has any recent experience with Duty Free Liquor and TSA I would appreciate it.

Thank you for your daily updates. We will be on Navigator this November for the Amazon River. What time are the evening shows? We like a leisurely dinner and then the show each night. We are planing on pre -diinner cocktails at 6pm them dinner at 7pm. Will that allow us to enjoy dinner then go to the show room? Thank again for your updates.

Thank you for the great information. The other couple (my parents) are quite elderly so it's hard for them to stand for longer periods comfortably. If we were to arrive at CR close to opening each evening, is there usually a line to get seated? If so I would guess at opening the one line will mover rather quickly. I think we will try and book Prime 7 early during the cruise and then try stand-by a few other nights. Am I correct Prime 7 is the only specialty on Navigator. I am also assuming La Veranda and and Sette Mari at La Veranda are a buffet for breakfast and lunch and do not accept reservations. Thanks again.

First time Regent cruiser. We are 93 days out from departure! Our dining window opens on day 90. It is a single cruise of 26 days, so from my understanding we can only book 1 specialty restaurant for the cruise as we are on Navigator. We are traveling with another couple in a separate cabin. I have all the Information for the other cabin to book our Prime 7 booking. I assume the restriction of 1 specialty includes if I book a table for 4 with the other couple. Also, I see Compass Rose does not require reservations, but if I wanted to book every night at particular time are reservations available to book online at the 90 day windows opening for Compass Rose?
