  1. My feelings are they need BOTH. The big loser for them since the restart from July 2021 till the end of 2022 is all the FCC that was and is, out there. Next year’s profits should be much better. They are not in a position to discount any of their cruisers, old or new. Also, if they do make big price increases, they won’t be attracting as many new cruisers either.
  2. Do you need me to pull it up and paste it here for you to see if you can get in?
  3. I think this year has been unusual due to FCC and pent up travel for us. We did a lot of b2b’s this year and had from 200 to 500 on each b2b. I think next year will be a lot different. JMO
  4. When you buy them, you can send in your statement, showing name, address, quantity of shares bought. Mark out the account number. I email attach the statement. SBPCL@Princesscruises.com
  5. That can certainly change. Way too early for picking an arrival group. It’s usually 59 days before, HOWEVER.. I have seen it even 14 days before sailing. So, I would check starting at 59 days before. You will do that on the Medallion Class App.
  6. Are you trying to add them for DMW for seating/reservations? If they were just booked recently, give it a few days. Make sure to double check the booking numbers too.
  7. Did they use the covid deck and the guest rooms for isolation?
  8. Is it possible that you have 2 CC numbers? Recently, members have reported having duplicate CC accounts, when they only registered once. I’d have them check it out by using yiur name, phone and email address. If you have used 2 email addresses it could be linked to those.
  9. There have been several reports back that they have treated it as just that … OBC.
  10. You must have purchased the promo that included the shore excursion credit?
  11. Captiva and Sanibel are definitely cut off from Ft Meyers. The Sanibel causeway has quite a bit of damage. Sanibel and Captiva. So much damage in Ft Meyers. Prayers for those folks too. Stay safe and let us know how you’re doing in Naples.
  12. I think the hardest part would be getting to FL if you’re flying. i cannot image the call volume for PCL, EZAIR and the airlines. Really glad we aren’t going this weekend.
  13. Are you leaving from Galveston? Seems those and some ships from San Pedro are really slow opening them up. Galveston is new and they have to work with the port officials for clearances. LMK when they open it. Interesting. If they don’t open it, just go at the most convenient time for you. Don’t stress. They have never checked my arrival time.
  14. Can you click on the PDF version of uour statement? My Fidelity shows my name and address on it. If you can’t , then call Fidelity they can help you find it.
  15. Medallion App Travel checklist Personal information and documents move down to Suggested Arrivals click on your ship select a group Now, it can be 59 days up to 3 weeks before sailing or less, depends on the ship snd the port. It has really varied lately. I just keep checking mine.
  16. I think this is a very smart business decision on their part. Should eliminate some of the CS calls.
  17. It is possible that a 14 is less than booking two 7’s. Most of the time it’s close in price, but you found a deal. Yes, the cabin availability is different, as they hold back availability for the different booking scenarios. So, it may change later, but far ahead you will see that on almost every sailing. Assuming this is FLL turnaround. B2b’s are given a paper a few days before the turnaround as to the specifics that day. You will meet in a group in a MDR, usually on deck 5 and after the ship has been cleared of all passengers through security….a PCL agent will lead you off the ship through customs and back OB. You only have to take your passports and medallion with you. You can go ashore, if you wish. Get off with everyone else and do customs. They will give you a transit card, which you will show when you reboard with the new guests.
  18. Sorry you’re having issues. It really sounds like the Medallion App team needs to correct it for you. If you’re not leaving for a while, don’t stress over it. Also, sign out of the App and sign back in. Try shutting down your iPhone and then back up. May correct some of the minor issues. As far as the CC status, I’d send a message to A360ad7@carnival.com Request their help updating your Captain Circle status on the App. Tell them all you have tried and what the issue is. Make sure to include full name, ship and sailing date, booking number. If your account shows the correct status, then honestly it should show up correctly to those on the ship. But I understand.
  19. And if the client DOES get upgraded, does the TA get notified? My record did have No Not Upgrade and I did get upgraded and they were NOT notified. There must be dome kind of glitch…AGAIN.
  20. Okay, makes sense. Probably recheck next week. As long as the sirline is showing your flights… you are booked. So, that’s good. Once they update the cruise port then, it should show up again on the travel summary. Valparaiso is nicer anyway. They were striking and slow with the cruise lines a few years ago in Valparaiso and the cruise lines said, hey we have to have dependable service or we’ll go to San Antonio and they did. So, now probably staff shortages and back to Valparaiso. Make sure to use reliable transportation from Santiago to Val. A lot of scammers there.
  21. They may be making updates on that cruise and it reads too soon to book EZAIR. They did that on one cruise of ours until they finished working out the airline rates. Then, they opened it again. Did you look at your travel summary on the cruise personalizer? That should reflect what you’re booked on with EZAIR. If you’re not showing anything, you may want to call EZAIR desk and ask what’s going on. If it shows on the travel summary, then I’d give them a little time to open the EZAIR back up on the cruise.
  22. Yes you should download the UA App to your phone and check that flight periodically on the App. Make sure you pick your seats on the UA App too. It’s a good idea to make sure UA has your email and cell phone number for any schedule changes. And opt in to notifications on the UA App/website too. No, it is not ticketed. Once it’s ticketed on UA, you will see ticket numbers on their website. You will also see your ticket information on the Princess website under cruise personalizer-travel summary. After final payment, you have up to 45 days before travel to change EZAIR flight if it’s cheaper, that’s great. They used to ticket after the 45 days, but it seems they have been ticketing a lot later now and on some of these posts they missed the ticketing deadline. I’ve not had a problem, but I’m going to watch mine very closely.
  23. I think it’s really dependent on convenience now. We pick midship if our cabin is forward or Aft DR if our cabin is Aft. Menus are the same.
