  1. Hello Last few cruises, I sent an email to Craig Blish "cblish@princesscruises.com" . He is always very helpful finding the correct contact and/or setting it up himself. Lou
  2. We just did the Harmony 3/10 - 3/17 and also received an email saying the same. Still boarded by 11:30 and no sign or talk about Noro
  3. It was automatic. On the room TV account screen, it was showing all of my OBC was refundable. I did go down to the service desk near the end of the cruise to verify. Luckily I did - they had it going to my granddaughter's account instead of my card. It was easily fixed and like I said , a few days later it was back on my card.
  4. Yes the "tubes" of the slides block most of the stage and yes some nights it gets Very loud.. just got off Sunday with a Boardwalk room
  5. Just returned Sunday from the Harmony and RC returned all my OBC to my card on file yesterday. Not bad, 2 days
