    I am not going to argue semantics. It is my opinion that this "policy" is for public consumption but that Corporate has instructed the ships not to enforce it. It is one of the few complaints I have about Regent. The decision not to enforce is not coming from the individual ships.

    Holding a lounger for more than 30 minutes violates Regent's policy....not to mention being selfish.

    And consider that some of us are not seniors...and we chose to play and work at the same time in order to maximize the return on our time.

    Navigator is the favorite ship of many guests due to the small size. It's going to be a sad day when she is no longer with us.

    Probably but I look at it this way. I read the rules and decide if I will like the cruise or not. If I go, I follow all the rules and I do not worry about what others do. I have a great time and then move on to the next thing.

    It was a technical issue, not a mechanical issue, and it was resolved in 24 hours.

    Yes, they can help you at the computer center onboard. The fee has changed a few times in the recent past but I think it is $24.99 per day per login.

    It does not apply to the pool deck or the outside decks...you can hang out there in a chaise all night with a bottle if you want.

    With respect, your TA should have better explained coverage to you and you were delivered a policy that detailed coverage. This has nothing to do with Regent...they upheld their obligations under the contract. The best you can hope for is some sort of Future Cruise Credit if your TA is able to get their Regent Account Rep on board with it.

    It's finally getting to the point where we can recognize 1 or 2 songs a day lol...it really needs to be updated again if they want younger guests.
