  1. Are they allowed to use them? I understand that they (crew) have their own bar. I would be surprised if it honored passenger drink vouchers.
  2. Great post. There's also the "I don't have to cook or clean, therefore it's good" crowd. For me, not cooking or cleaning does NOT make the food good. Good ingredients and good preparation does, and in my opinion, those are decreasing.
  3. I'm curious...what's the long story version of this? Was there some sort of negotiation? Did the head waiter get involved?
  4. "Guests may not leave items unattended on balconies, as the wind may cause items to fall overboard." (https://www.royalcaribbean.com/guest-terms/guest-health-safety-and-conduct-policy/english/)
  5. You advance to the next level after completion of the cruise on which you earn the points.
  6. It was stated that they are removing loungers, not chairs.
  7. Did you ask her what she did after she boarded the ship? Perhaps she used a restroom or stopped to get something to eat?
  8. I suspect that an annual policy that covers 11 different people would be quite an expense.
  9. When you buy the insurance, you aren't insuring a cruise. You are insuring a person. So you would have to insure each person separately, either with an annual policy for each of them or a per cruise policy for each of them.
  10. I loved it on Celebrity. It brings in so much more daylight than a standard balcony, making the room seem bigger. And if you close the window, the space becomes part of the room, making the room actually even bigger.
  11. You are wanting to know the cost of the two flights. Have you asked the company(s) that performed the flights? It seems like they would be the ones that would know.
  12. Lower quality food (in many people's opinion). Less menu choices for dinner. Once a day room steward service.
  13. Be careful...travel agents are not to be discussed on Cruise Critic.
  14. Just enter *67 before dialing. It blocks your number from being displayed.
  15. Sometimes there's a metal bar at the edge of the bed that is lower than the rest of the underneath space. You might try lifting the edge of the bed then slide your suitcase underneath.
  16. Isn't that the truth! If they would put half as much effort (and better ingredients) into making the desserts taste good as they do in how they look, they would be so much better!
