Yes! Benefits for the rest of the cruise. As soon as you reach the required points go to the CC desk on-board the ship. They will take care of you.

We just finished a B2B and became elite on the 2nd leg. We went the Captain Club desk, he added our latest points, then printed new ship cards, which say elite. The card is how the bartender knows not to charge. Not a very good benefit for beer drinkers. Only choice was Heineken or Bud Light.
