Lots of walkers they sell or rent have a flip out seat on them. The walkers fold up for portability.

We are on a "journey cruise" to Hawaii in a few days.
Some one posted a while back that on their cruise identical to ours the formal nights were the 2nd night, the 5th night, and the 11th night. Ours is a fifteen day cruise and the formal night on the fifth night is a throw back to the eighties night along with a midnight buffet.
People like "coevan" are the reason many people I know won't cruise Carnival. He/She is also the Boss and decision maker as stated in one of his/her posts.
I agree with you. Cruises to us are special and we like to dress up and do. I don't care what other people want to wear, and don't know why they would care if you want to dress up.

Who cares what John H says or does. I don't.

I kind of think that paying a extra cabin supplement at full rate is unfair. But those are the rules. On the other hand, by not having that extra person in the room Carnival is losing any potential revenue from that person. I almost think it would be worth it to pay double to not have to share my cabin with any one else. The toilet is just mine. I leave things the way that I want them and only have to adjust to my timing for how late I stay out or get up. And last but not least, I don't have to put up with anyone else snoring or farting.

If I need to pay for two people then I should get double points. If they want to reduce the price by only having me pay for one person, then I’m OK with getting one set of points.
You are Platinum. You know it is the number of nights sailed. It does not matter how much you pay or why you pay it.

I know this may be a crappy question-----butt,
What is the quality of the bathroom tissue they provide? Is it recommended to bring my own high quality bio-degradable supply.
Maybe a silly question, however, extremely important to me.
Thanks

I'm there to eat not be entertained.
I want it to stop.

Like CA_Cruzing, we are believers in tipping early and well to "get what we want." What other people want or get is none of our concern. We are only concerned with making sure our and our family's wants/needs are taken care of promptly.
Precisely the problem wrong with the United States. Me Me Me Me Me Me Me Me

How did you find about those 2 events ahead of time? Only a small fraction of cruisers are on CC so they wouldn't know from here.
For your info. I have also found out, since you will be on the same cruise that the first formal night will be the 3rd of December, the second formal night will be on the 6th of December, and the third formal night will be on the 12th of December.
The throw back to the eighties day will be December 6th, and it is a formal night and they will have a mid-night buffet that night.
Hope to meet you on the cruise,
Dan and Sharon

We are on the Miracle on December 2nd and it is a Journey cruise. The only thing I heard is that they will have a back to the eighties formal night and also a midnight buffet that night.
So we shall see soon. On the 14th of October Miracle is doing the same trip, 15 day to Hawaii, so maybe they will post some of the things.

We are booked with them for Carnival Miracles December 2nd cruise.
Their website says they provide a shuttle for $16 per person and that they do pick up at two cruise ship piers at 3:30.
I don't see that they have an earlier shuttle that would give folks time at the Sealife Park.
For us, since we have four people attending, which is than $64 for the shuttle, we will use a shuttle service other than theirs or a taxi. We are also just considering to rent a car for our transportation.
This is all I know from my research, not real experience.
This is their phone number: 877-357-2480

I have heard this theme "white night" several times on this board.
Can anyone explain to me what it is? Thanks, Dan.

I do not see how being Diamond or Platinum makes you a VIP.
It just makes you a repeat customer. You are no better or no more important than anyone else.
There I said it!

My wife is disabled.
She carries a blue card that states that she is disabled that is issued by the State of Washington along with her Handicap Plates.
Just because you are Social Security Disabled does not mean that you have mobility issues.
Handicap Plates and the Handicap Card are certified by a physician before they can be issued. Handicap plates are only supposed to be issued to those with a mobility issue.
No one should say anything to her about her disability because they may be disabled for their next cruise.

Just because questions are asked does not oblige you to answer them

The OP has either sailed or not this was their sail-a-way day. No more responses will help them.
