  1. I agree. I guess it depends on when your payment in full is due. Mine was April 21st, So on Feb l5th, only 2 months earlier, it makes sense to me to take the 5% as I can't make that in interest at the bank!
  2. Cabin #4027 Onward Nov/23 3 doors away from the elevator. Opposite side from the Medical Centre No noise No issues whatsoever
  3. I stayed at Figueira The Beautique which was lovely and minutes from St. George Castle, The trams passed right in front of the hotel, and the Square across the street was close to the Subway and where all the tour buses leave from. I highly recommend this hotel

  5. Thats how I found out by looking at another site and seeing all the empty cabins in all categories. Definitely far from a full cruise. I think I will take Dr. D's advise and call Azamara directly next week, one week before departure.
  6. Has anyone ever received a Free Cabin upgrade? If so, how do you get one? I noticed my cruise coming up in 2 weeks has many empty cabins. I don't want to pay any upgrade fee.

  8. By chance was it the "Columbia Coffee Experience" in Cartagena you complained about? Everyone was complaining and I took it to Guest Relations as soon as I returned to the ship. They inturn messaged Shore Excursions. Took a few days to hear back, said would be looked into and again waited a few more days and got a voice mail one day saying I wouldn't get a refund. At that point,my temper flared and went immediately to shore excursioss. Seeing I was so annoyed, they offered me 20//% refund which was not good enough! So, addressing it immediately didn't help and I did tell them I would be contacting Azamara when I got home. Obviously, I am getting nowhere and their lack of response is infuriating to me.
  9. I sailed on the Onward on a b2b from December 22 till January l7th. I had some issues with a awful shore excursion and while onboard I had a run around with the Shore Escursions department. I got no where and when I arrived home I have now sent 2 post excursion messages and also a customer service email, along with pictures of the excursion which was not as advertised. To this date, I have not had the courtesy of any response at all. Considering I have sailed with Azamara many times and had no issues, I am extremely annoyed that I had had no response. I trried calling them but kept getting sent to Royal Carribean customer service and they had no idea about anything with Azamara. I gave up!!!
  10. I was on for 26 night b2b for Xmas and following. Other than some crew who were obviously new and needed more training, I have no complaints and have now completed my 7th Azamara cruise and sailed on all ships.
  11. I have booked this years Holiday cruise and a b2b around the Caribbean. Just wondering if anyone did last years holiday cruise. Were there more dress ups than the usual country casual and it looks like two sea days on the 24th and 25th. Are there Christmas Eve celebrations? So looking forward to this cruise as its on the Onward and Eric DeGray is the cruise director. Did anyone take last years cruise?
