We had to email in after the cruise to get ours added on both occasions we did go green

Have you tried looking in the app to see if it gives you a price. I had your issue in that it wasnt showing me upgrade online but could see from the app it was 6.96 which is why I cancelled and rebooked

Oh gosh..I would have been prepared to pay the original 18.00 pp pd to upgrade but hubby said not a chance ! Last night it went down to 14.07 so i booked it with our OBC and just told him I'd done it ! Just checked again now and it's gone down to 6.96 pppd so cancelled last night's and rebooked! I'm well chuffed. Thanks to all on the board for the heads up

Yes you can change when on board. We've done it this week onboard Sky Princess....originally booked 8.30 each night but this didn't fit in once we got on board and was able to change it within the app...subject to other times being available obviously

I may be wrong - but i didnt think you could hotspot from a wifi connection - i seem to think it has to be a 4/5g connection that you can hotspot from - just generally. otherwise im pretty certain no one would ever purchase more than 1 wifi package per cabin - i might be wrong though 🙂

no martinis included in classic package when we were on board in May - cheapest ones were around 14 or 15 dollars - plus tax + gratuities - we just paid the upcharge for the couple we had

I'm surprised that this tactic celebrity have engaged in on the UK site hasn't been classed as illegal. I'm sure we have a law over here that states you cannot advertise something as being a "sale price" unless the item has been advertised at the pre sale price for a certain amount of time and I'm pretty certain the pre sale $149 price was never advertised at all!!

Strange that I don't get the option of choosing the captains club discounted upgrade...but as the other poster. it won't allow me to select just one person to upgrade. Need to do both ...over 400 pounds for our May cruise. Will definately be cheaper to pay the difference per drink I reckon

How did you book the flights with celebrity without knowing the flight details? When we wanted to add flights to our booking we were able to see the available flights and choose which one we wanted to use? Have you just asked celebrity to sort flights rather than choosing the one you wanted and then asking them to book those?

On our cruise last year we had anytime dining but had reserved tables for each night prior to sailing...not sure if it was on Eclipse or millenium but there was only 1 queue at the mdr . We ended up joining the queue and just waiting till we got to the front to tell them we had a reservation. ...but that might be because we're British and that's how we roll 😎 I'm sure some people would just walk to the front.

Hi same thing happened to us on board eclipse - our cards said suite class even though we were in a FV - didnt entitle us to anything when onboard - although i did flash it at the boarding gate when they were saying suite class could board and he looked and told me to go ahead 🙂

Just checking out the MDR menu for our upcoming cruise in May on Connie...and for day 13 there is no menu just a large printed "VENUE CLOSED" anyone seen tthis before?

The basic Internet included for us last week was fine for browsing.. checking emails...WhatsApp messaging. Couldn't send or receive WhatsApp photos...or Snapchat photos to/from my girls...but was able to send and receive photos by facebook messenger and i-message. I certainly wouldnt bother paying for faster internet personally.

We too are just back from this cruise and can only echo everything the OP said about the ship. We were lucky enough to be in a SV and the balcony was huge. Fortunately we got this when the cruise was first released and paid a very good price...still not convinced about going in an IV having seen them from the outside but maybe they'd be ok going by this topic. Service on board was by far the best we've received in our 6 celebrity cruises so far...never had to wait longer than a minute or 2 for waiter service and didn't queue once in any of the 4 MDRs at around 8.30. Gobsmacked by the amount of seating areas dotted around and couldn't believe how unused the sunset bar seemed to be as this was a brillaint area. Favourite place was rooftop garden where we spent a lot of time watching the world cup...again...constant waiter service up there..only used ocean view at breakfast and lunch but food was brilliant. Im definately in love with this ship and not sure now how I'll feel when boarding Constellation for the 1st time on our next cruise. Eden is also something else...but did feel like a lot of wasted seats on the upper levels as we very rarely saw anyone sat up there apart from watching the shows late at night...sad to be home .
