    I recall a piano player in the D Lounge on Enchantment a few years ago, but never on Vision.

    Samba is very good. Make sure you come hungry because you’ll be stuffed when you leave. They also serve a cinnamon crusted slice of pineapple for after dinner that’s delicious.

    Yep, they used to have very good Personal Vacation Planners but canned them all during Covid and didn’t reinstate the program. Now you just get some lady in Venezuela with a thick accent and roosters crowing in the background.

    It wasn’t open in October on the Panama Canal cruise.

    Speaking of the Klymit air pads, I have two that we use. I’ve found that it works best if only aired up about half way - not completely like you would a pool lounger. It then is better at conforming to body contours and is very comfortable for me. For long cruises like TA’s, I usually just buy a cheap foam pad at Walmart and leave it on the bed when we disembark.

    I was on that cruise as well. Other than some worn carpet and some banged up furniture in a few places, the ship was fine. I did notice many rolls of new carpet stored up in the bow of the ship, so it was obvious they were getting ready to install some new carpet soon. I love Radiance class ships.

    My thoughts are that it’s a total waste of $50 but others may think differently.

    Just an attempt by Royal trying to tame the monster they created with the double points fiasco post Covid.

    Maybe not fleetwide yet but just a matter of time. In BND’s defense, he/she did place a “?” at the end of the title…

    I’ve got one cruise booked for Sep and am no longer even looking anymore. If I do go on that one, it will probably be my last. Cruising is not like it used to be - now just a watered down money grabbing amusement park. That may be fine for others but not me.

    I normally carry a gun everywhere I go. I know they say I can’t bring one onboard, but I’ve never shot anyone, so do you think it’d be O K??? I am special and feel that I’m above the law.

    It’s hard for the Royal cheerleaders to poo poo this complaint when the pics back it up. I spent 16 nights on Radiance in October and was saddened to see the demise of what I believe is one of the most beautiful and ornate ships ever in Royal’s fleet. The efficiency experts are killing the brand.

    You can purchase the cabanas if not in a suite or Pinnacle. Otherwise, you have to be in a suite or P to get in that area.

    The only thing good I can think of is that it’s a helluva lot better than Enchantment.. 😉 I do like the ice show when the little guys with mustaches come out and skate around though
