  1. The Britannia Club guests can always dine in the Britannia dining room for breakfast and lunch. For dinner I am not quite positive but it can’t hurt to ask.
  2. Chart Room on the QM2 and Commodore Club on the Vistas.
  3. Our total fare for each stateroom is a little over $6900. The base bid price seems reasonable. However as we have 2 staterooms next to each other we won’t be bidding. Our 2 rooms need to be next to each others and won’t be guaranteed that they would or that both rooms would be upgraded.
  4. For my June 6 QV departure I am seeing from $490 pp for BC and from $1080 pp for PG. No offers for QG.
  5. The open top hop on hop off buses can get you anywhere in the city from the pier. Even if you don’t hop off you see all the highlights of the city.
  6. I received the survey today as well. Examples of proposed cruise itineraries and whether I would be interested in booking the proposed sailings.
  7. When I was on in November to the Caribbean the QM2 had drink stewards on the main floor of the theatre.
  8. You don’t get noise from the atrium. You can get noise from above as the King’s Court is directly above. My sister and I were upgraded to a deck 6 atrium view and there was noise from the galley above during the night which was annoying.
  9. I haven’t cruised in the Med, but in the Caribbean I was always cold indoors and wore long sleeves and/or a heavy wrap.
  10. I don’t know if all deluxe inside cabins are the same but I know that in our cabin the 3rd berth was a sofa bed. Cabin 1031 if I remember correctly.
  11. I received an upsell offer from Cunard in November 2022 about a week before our Caribbean cruise. The offer was an upsell to Princess Grill from a Britannia balcony. I don’t recall the exact price but it was extremely reasonable. We didn’t take the offer as we were traveling with our elderly parents and needed 2 cabins near one another.
  12. I bought the day of boarding.
  13. I paid $199 for 13 days in November on the QM2. No reservations needed.
  14. My family and I are booked on the V315 starting June 6. Last September my mother and I did a Norway cruise on the QM2 in September. Generally we had to get up early to see the fjords as at that time of year, it would be getting dark when the ship cruised back through the fjords to depart for the evening . We enjoyed the scenery of the smaller ports, the larger cities, while scenic, were not quite so exciting. Choose between the cruises based on which appear to cover the areas you are most interested in seeing. Maybe I will see you on board in June.
  15. I’m glad they sent the email out today for scheduling purposes. This format is the same as my September Norway cruise on the QM2.
  16. Taken September 8 on the QM2 approach into Olden, Norway.
  17. Yes I can confirm there is one small shelf in the shower on the QM2 in Britannia class cabins.
  18. I used that on my September cruise.
  19. Staterooms come with body lotion, body wash and shampoo. You can request conditioner and bar soap from your steward.
  20. There was a new show called Be Our Guest on the QM2 on my recent September cruise to Norway.
  21. I was on the QM2 September 4 to 11 Norway cruise. I received the survey the next day.
