  6. I have the same problem, I make the final payment on May 13, my invoice says that the balance is 0, but in my account/manage reservation it says that I owe $XYZ, this amount is a tour canceled on May 11, my debt is Zero, celebrity owes me the value of the canceled shore excursion.

    Yes, when you cancel X will give you another FCC, use this for another booking
  8. Good news the money from the canceled excursion is on my credit card, and the passenger copy balance it's zero (no over payment), bad news on My account in reservation management it still says I owe that money. Guess I have to wait..............................
  9. I called to ask for my bill with the final payment, the operator told me that they were taking a while, that it would take 5 to 10 minutes, it's been more than an hour and it hasn't arrived. More IT problems

The final payment was made on Friday, I requested that the copy of the passenger be sent to me, it shows an over payment of $200 and a balance of $0, the over payment corresponds to a canceled excursion for which the refund is pending. The problem I have is that in my account in reservation management it appears that I owe that money $200. I called celebrity and they told me that when the refund is made the difference would be corrected, after finishing the call I checked my account again and it was already zero, but right now the debt reappears. I called again and they have me on hold for more than 1 hour while they communicate with the resolutions department and suddenly the call was cut off. Terrible service and account management

X phones in MX were shutdown this weekend now the calls are redirected to USA call center, the current problems I have detected are more waiting time, operator answer in English needed to a operator that speaks Spanish, other operator was confused give me the prices of my booked cruise in USCy instead of MX pesos.
