I’ve a bit of OBC for our upcoming cruise and I’d like to stock up on my favourite makeup. I know they sell Estée Lauder. Can anyone remind me of the other brands they stock?

I’m very noise sensitive so we take a travel size white noise machine with us. It is an absolute godsend and it takes up very little space.

Thnx, Nancy, we’re not best pleased! We’re platinum members and we weren’t even asked if we want to move. Will be phoning them tomorrow. I’ve also heard that the dragging of pool loungers on the pool deck right above deck 8 can be very annoying first thing in the morning.

We booked 545 when we made our reservation. Have just checked our final documents online and see we’ve been changed to 851. Have had a look at the deck plan and it seems to have a small balcony. We love spending time on the balcony. Any thoughts?

Yes, two to the CCL email and one to guest services. 

Thought you might like to know. I’m STILL waiting for a response. First email to Seabourn was dated 9 February. 

Just updating you. I forwarded the two CCLshareholder…. Emails to GuestServices@seabourn.com - told them I’d emailed twice and got no response. They came back with the generic ‘busy busy’ email saying they’ll get back to me. Still waiting!

I’ve emailed Carnival/Seabourn twice in the last couple of weeks to request the appropriate OBC for our upcoming Seabourn cruise. I’ve heard nothing. Does anyone know if they’ve changed their email address? I’ve been using CCLshareholderSBN@seabourn.com

We gave a $400 referral voucher to a couple who used it back in January 2020. We are due to sail next month so I’ve asked Seabourn for our onboard credit for this. Does anyone know if they’ll give us $400 or will it be the reduced amount of $250?

I have shares in Carnival with an online company. What proof does Seabourn need me to show so I can get my OBC?

We were on the Encore last month. Hubby had a nosebleed in the suite which unfortunately stained the carpet. Our stewardess told us not to worry as part of the refresh was to be new carpets in the suites. I don't know what else is being done.

If you have never been to either city before, I'd suggest you do the hop on hop off bus tours. Both are excellent and will give you a good overview of the architecture, culture, history  etc of each city when you have limited time. The boarding points for both are very close to railway stations.

I live in Glasgow and you need to know that Greenock is a good 45 minutes from Glasgow. Not sure where you're docking in Edinburgh. Rosyth is around 30'minutes from Edinburgh. Leith is much closer to the city. I can't tell you about shuttles, just about timings.

I agree totally with the others. Casablanca is underwhelming to say the least. A trip to Rabat, the Moroccan capital, is very interesting. Royal palace etc. Much nicer than Casablanca, in fact the last time we were there, we didn't get off the ship.

Yes, you can now get a visa online. Just be careful you get the official Indian Government site and not one of the sites which do it for you, for a fee. The visa is now a double-entry visa. I'd advise you to read all the help pages first because you need a particular size of passport photo, and you also need your passport bio page scanned as a PDF and nor a jpeg. Sounds complicated, but if you read all the advice first, you'll manage.

That's a plus 1 for ITA matrix. My three 'go to' websites for flights are Google flights, ITA matrix and sky scanner.

Sounds great. We've sailed a number of times on Seabourn but have avoided the TK Grill because we didn't realise they had veggie options. Hubby is vegetarian.
