We just stayed at the Marriott by the Brooklyn Bridge for a few days before our crossing last week. It was very good and very convenient. It’s about a 15 minute Uber to the port. Checkout time is 11. We hung out in the spacious lobby and had a snack before heading to the port about 1:30. We never arrive for boarding early so as to avoid all the craziness. Leaving hotel at 1:30, we never stopped in any line and walked directly on board.
