  1. Did you press the button for a new reservation? The reason I ask is because we booked through a TA and there was an error on our reservation and our TA wasn't responding. I called Celebrity and selected the manage current reservation option and held for a very long time and when someone finally picked up the phone they had to transfer to the new reservation team... not sure why but the hold for that was only a few minutes.
  2. Yes, as long as you can connect with audio and video πŸ™‚
  3. The answer is it depends ... from the US Embassy in Italy: Beginning on May 1 and valid until June 15, 2022, travelers from the United States may enter Italy if they are asymptomatic AND present one of the following: An Anti-COVID 19 vaccination certificate for an European Medicines Agency (EMA)-recognized vaccine. At present, EMA recognizes the following vaccines: Pfizer-BioNtech, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, AstraZeneca and Novavax. The date of the last dose of the primary vaccination series must be at least 14 days prior to travel and no more than 270 days before arrival unless a booster shot was administered. Travelers vaccinated in the United States can prove this via the β€œwhite card” bearing the CDC logo. A medical certificate confirming recovery from COVID valid for six months form recovery. A negative molecular PCR test result carried out within 72 hours of arrival or a rapid antigen test result carried out within 48 hours of arrival Passengers unable to present a valid vaccination, recovery certificate or negative test result will have to self-isolate on arrival for five days and undergo a molecular PCR or rapid antigen test at the end of the isolation
  4. Reading through your signature... looks like that will be your first European cruise?
  5. Would they even need one though? If they both test negative then they can get into the US and if they want a certificate they can obtain it through their regular primary care provider. Of course, if either is still testing positive, then that would be a different story.
  6. Just curious, how long ago did you purchase the tests?
  7. Photo package? Sushi on 5 for lunch since Blu doesn't have lunch?
  8. I'm quite surprised by this - we had the premium package last cruise because DH liked the whiskey selection better. His family who was cruising with us did not get the premium. They always had to sign for the extra few dollars in order to get the same wine as us and even my favorite - baileys and coffee after dinner. I tried not to give them my told you so face 😈
  9. It doesn't appear that's been determined/announced ... all it says for now is: "Based upon conditions or regulations in the countries you will visit, you may be required to go ashore on a shore excursion provided by Celebrity Cruises. These decisions are always made with your health and safety as our top priority."
  10. I noticed that even for the vaccinated travelers it does not count the re-entry test, it is only counting the test for embarkation.
  11. It says "within 1 day", so I'm interpreting that as anytime between 24 hours and embarkation. I think it would be almost impossible that every passenger is able to do it exactly 24 hours before the cruise, so hopefully I'm reading it correctly πŸ™‚
  12. US Residents - did anyone request and receive their free at-home tests from the gov't? Are those acceptable tests for Celebrity?
