Does anyone know who is meant to issue an e-ticket for your Celestyal cruise? The cruise line claims that for legal reasons this can only be done by the agent you booked with. I booked with FlightCentre who issued me with a booking confirmation. But that's all. How long before a cruise should an e-ticket become available and who should issue it? My cruise begins in three weeks.
